Ron Brooke -VP Strategy & Development

Ron Brooke is a member/manager of Brooke at Law, L.L.C., a civil general legal practice in Edmond, Oklahoma. Mr. Brooke grew up in Claremore, Oklahoma. He has a B.S. from Northeastern Oklahoma State University in Tahlequah, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tulsa, and a JD from Oklahoma City University. He has experience in airports, aviation, broadcasting, construction, education, environment (he is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager), food service, government agencies, the military, risk management, and safety. A life-long learner, Mr. Brooke is social and civic minded and has served the community through various social, civic and church organizations. Most recently, he served as Chairman for the State of Oklahoma Worker Safety Policy Council and is currently a member of that body.Mr. Ron Brooke served as Airports Director in Tulsa for nearly a decade and has held other director-level positions in various governmental entities, including the position of Interim Vice President for various administrative functions at the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond. He has the experience and education of an expert in the areas of education, safety, aviation, and governmental agencies, and he has significant experience in facilities construction and management. As an attorney, Mr. Brooke is a litigator in the areas of contracts, administrative law, consumer law, employment law, and business law.

Robert Krikbridge - VP Technology

Mr. Kirkbride grew up in Canton, Ohio. He has a M.S. in Computer Science from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, and a BA from Ohio State University. He has experience in construction, education, environment, Materials Management, food service, government agencies, banking, insurance, military, and risk management. A life-long learner, Mr. Kirkbride is social and civic minded and has served the community through various social, civic and church organizations. Most recently, he served as Chairman of a corporation involved with raising funds for Shiners Hospitals and is currently a member of that body. He served in Navy for several years. Mr. Kirkbride served as Director in Louisiana for nearly a decade and has held other director-level positions in various governmental entities, including the position of Interim Vice President for various administrative functions at two Corporations in Mississippi. He has the experience and education of an expert in the areas of education, banking, insurance, and governmental agencies.

Karthik Bala - VP Marketing & Public Relations

Shankar Bala is the Vice President of Sale and Marketing of a high technology semiconductor company in the Dallas area. Mr. Bala has a B.S. from Regional Engineering College, Calicut, India; a M.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a M.B.A in Telecommunications Management from University of Texas at Dallas. He has served in several technology groups and has particpated in several public speaking events at technical conferences. Mr. Bala has several contributions and publications in the field of science and technology.
